- Is there a minimum commitment?
- For part-time and full-time engagements, we ask for a minimum 1-month commitment after the trial week. Sprints are fixed-term by design.
- How do you handle communication and time zones?
- We schedule at least one weekly sync in your working hours. Tunisia is UTC+1 — 3 hours behind UAE, 1 hour ahead of UK. Async-first by default.
- What if the match isn't right after the trial week?
- We'll propose an alternative at no extra cost. We'd rather find the right fit than keep a misaligned engagement running.
- Do your team members speak English?
- Yes. All client-facing team members are fluent in English. Several also speak French and Arabic — useful for MENA and North Africa projects.
- How does billing work?
- Monthly invoices in USD. Wire transfer or international payment methods. Detailed scope and deliverables agreed upfront.
- Do you handle HR, benefits, and equipment?
- Yes — that's our side of the arrangement. You get the output, we handle everything behind it.
