Youth Geekers has produced 50+ tournaments and 5 LAN finals since 2017. This page publishes the USD ranges we quote in 2026 for comparable scopes — not a marketplace average, and not a Dubai-agency rate card. Use it to size RFPs, not as a fixed public tariff.
Methodology
- Source: internal proposals and closed productions, 2017–2026, Tunisia HQ delivery with Gulf and European clients.
- Currency: USD bands. EUR and AED invoices convert at the week of contract.
- Excluded: prize pools, player travel, venue rental paid by the client, media rights, and government permit fees.
- Included unless noted: project management, referees, overlays, bilingual (EN/AR or EN/FR) player comms, and a post-event report.

How this compares to a Gulf-local production house
On like-for-like scopes, Tunisia-based production with on-site partners usually lands 40–60% below a Dubai-staffed crew for the same titles (VALORANT, EA FC, League of Legends). What moved costs in 2025–2026
- Broadcast talent day-rates in the Gulf rose; we remote-produce commentary more often.
- Custom bracket platforms (Next.js) replaced some Toornament-only builds for bilingual events.
- Sponsor reporting (clip packages + reach from AYG) is now a default line, not an optional extra.
